Cornwall Kernow Freestyle Martial-arts the only academy in the South West of Britain, that currently teachs their own awesome self-defense programme and traditional Sport Karate Kickboxing Programme, which introduces language of the Cornish people (Kernoweck) into the experience. Both Programmes offering insights into the arena's of sport, and the true understanding of Self Defence
