- Saturday 13.00 - 15.00 - Kickboxing Programme for Both Children and Adults includes full fitness workout

- Thursday 1515 - 1600 - Basic Understanding of techniques and etiquette.
- Thursday 1600 - 1645 - Sparring class developing Sparring Skills and qualifying Self Control
